Problem

This family home required additional living space including a larger kitchen and dining area downstairs while upstairs needed a new bedroom. However, removal of the existing conservatory was going to be necessary in order to make this possible.

Solution

Once planning permission was obtained, building regulations had to be met, however our customers architect was unavailable. Fortunately, NRJ's architect was able to step in and help complete this stage. Once works commenced, NRJ worked closely with the client on areas such as selecting and collecting kitchen units. NRJ were further able to complete all plumbing and electrical works to ensure the finished result was exactly as required.
