Problem
Our customer required a new garage and additional new downstairs living space. After a site visit and approval of the NRJ quotation, works were able to commence.
Solution
Due to the close proximity of tree coverage to the property, unusually deep footings had to be excavated in order to meet current building regulations. NRJ worked closely with the customer during each stage of work to ensure complete satisfaction, from selecting a specific top opening Velux window to an electrical roller garage door to allow for maximum drive space.
End Result
As a result of the completed work at Holst Way, we have since finished similar work at the neighbouring property.
