Problem
Our customer works a lot from home and required a new downstairs office, and additional downstairs bathroom, conservatory and a new stair case, while upstairs needed a new master bedroom en-suite facility.
The initial site clearance involved the removal of an existing porch as shown below in photo 1.
Solution
In order to carry out all of the work and ensure that the materials matched with the existing building required a lot of research and hours visiting various merchants. This included sourcing concrete sills and vertical slide windows to match with the current fixtures and fittings.
Further work requested by our customer included re-building and re-pointing of the chimney and landscaping with a brick pathway around the property.
End Result
All works were completed to our customer's full satisfaction and as a result we have since carried out work on several properties within the vicinity.
